HJC sponsored racer, Toni Elias, had already secured the primary spot for the 2017 MotoAmerica Championship even before the final round in Alabama. Toni Elias was formerly the 2010 Moto 2 World Champion. In 2016, he landed on the second place during his first MotoAmerica Race, only 7 points behind 1st placer Cameron Beaubier. 2017 had provided a good start for Elias when he won Races 1 & 2 at Circuit of the Americas in Austin. He was sporting the RPHA 11 Boba Fett back then. He had won 1st place in 7 races and finished off 2nd in 8 races out of 16 races leading up to New Jersey.
Currently, Elias wears the RPHA 11, HJC’s premium, lightweight race helmet.
