Returns and Exchanges

let's keep it simple..

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it.

Here's the process..

Be happy within 30 days or send it back, get a full refund or exchange.
Decide if you'd like to return your product or exchange it.
Email us at SUPPORT@HAUSTROM.COM or call 714-879-8882 (M-F 10-7pm PST) and tell us how we can make you happy.
Indicate your name, order number and order date.
Please ensure the product is in new condition with all original tags, packaging and documentation.
Ship it in the original box it arrived in, or a comparable box. The idea is to keep the product safe during shipment.
Request a *Call Tag from us.
Print your call tag, attach it to your box and take it to a local mail box store or UPS Store.
Email us the shipping tracking number so we can track where your package is at.
