Returns and Exchanges
let's keep it simple..
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it.
Here's the process..
. Be happy within 30 days or send it back, get a full refund or exchange.
. Decide if you'd like to return your product or exchange it.
. Email us at SUPPORT@HAUSTROM.COM or call 714-879-8882 (M-F 10-7pm PST) and tell us how we can make you happy.
. Indicate your name, order number and order date.
. Please ensure the product is in new condition with all original tags, packaging and documentation.
. Ship it in the original box it arrived in, or a comparable box. The idea is to keep the product safe during shipment.
. Request a *Call Tag from us.
. Print your call tag, attach it to your box and take it to a local mail box store or UPS Store.
. Email us the shipping tracking number so we can track where your package is at.
