The HJC CL-MAX 3 is a solid, budget-friendly modular motorcycle helmet featuring a lightweight advanced polycarbonate composite shell and a single-button chin bar release. It includes an integrated, easy-slide sun shield (HJ-V8), a removable/washable SuperCool® moisture-wicking interior, and DOT-certified protection, making it ideal for touring.

Design: The helmet utilizes an injection-molded thermoplastic shell, with a design that fits a medium-oval head shape.
Visor & Sun Shield: It features a, Pinlock-ready HJ-17 face shield that provides 95% UV protection. A dark smoke, anti-scratch HJ-V8 internal sun visor is also included.
Ventilation: The Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) offers full front-to-back airflow, with a large, glove-friendly top vent and a chin bar vent.
Interior: The SuperCool® interior is antibacterial, moisture-wicking, and fully removable.
Weight: Approximately 3.95 lbs (1790 grams) for a size medium.
