Tour Master Zephyr Mesh Men's Street Jackets
The Tourmaster Zephyr Mesh Jacket is built for riders who want maximum airflow without giving up protection or versatility. Large high-flow polyester R1 mesh panels channel direct airflow to help keep you cool in hot conditions, while the abrasion-resistant 450D ripstop stretch polyester chassis provides a durable foundation. Reinforced 600D ripstop stretch nylon overlays with a protective laminate at the elbows and lower arms add extra abrasion resistance where it matters most, and strategically placed stretch panels keep the fit comfortable and mobile in the riding position.
Protection comes standard with CE-certified Armanox Phoenix soft flex armor at the shoulders, elbows, and back, offering impact protection that moves naturally with your body. When the weather changes, the Zephyr adapts with a removable 2-in-1 ASCENT mid-layer jacket or vest with zip-off sleeves and a thermal waffle lining, along with an Aqua-Barrier waterproof under- or over-shell with its own storage pouch. A DWR coating helps shed water and resist stains, while multiple pockets-including large hand pockets, chest pockets, an oversized rear pocket, and internal storage-keep essentials close. Finished with 3M Scotchlite reflective accents, adjustable waist and arm straps, hook-and-loop wrist cuffs, genuine YKK zippers, and an 8-inch jacket-to-pant attachment zipper, the Zephyr Mesh Jacket is a true warm-weather touring solution ready for changing conditions.
